David Secunda

David Secunda is the founder and CEO of WorkBright, an HR tech startup that moves traditional employee onboarding to a mobile first solution that workers complete before they arrive. He has lead numerous organizations including Avid4 Adventure (founder & president, outdoor adventure camps), PlanetOutdoors (Founder & CEO, online outdoor retailer), and the Outdoor Industry Association (president). He also worked as an entrepreneur in residence at Mobius Venture Capital and Sequel Venture Partners. He is an active mentor in the business community at Techstars, MergeLane, and the CU Leeds School of Business, and has served on the boards of Entrepreneur’s Organization Colorado, RMC Health, The SCA, and was a founding board member of Leave No Trace. Additionally, he is currently a Governor appointed member of the Colorado Department of Human Services Licensing Advisory Committee.

Pamela Hardy Pamela is the Global Head of Diversity and Inclusion for DaVita Inc. She is responsible for developing and embedding diversity and inclusion practices throughout the organization. Additionally, she provides guidance to the leadership team so that they can engender inclusivity in every facet of the business. Since joining in 2016, Pamela has been focused on building a foundation that will advance the DaVita brand, and further drive the business. This extends to the patients, employees, and the communities in which DaVita serves.

Daniel Ramos Daniel is the Executive Director at One Colorado. Before taking on this role, Daniel served as Deputy Director, Director of Safe & Inclusive Schools, as well as the Political and Organizing Director — managing our safe schools program and leading One Colorado’s work to mobilize, educate, and engage the LGBT community around important issues. Prior to joining One Colorado, Daniel served as an Organizer for the Stonewall Democrats’ “Elect-Equality” Initiative.

Danielle Howard Danielle has over 23 years of experience in the financial field. She is a Certified Financial Planner and the author of Your Financial Revolution. She speaks to groups across Colorado to facilitate new discussions around money. Her company, Wealth by Design, LLC provides financial life planning, asset management and financial advisory services.

Prior to that, she was a workplace wellness specialist with Denver Health. She graduated with her MPH from the Colorado School of Public Health in May. In her spare time, she enjoys hiking, biking and other sun frolicking activities with her two dogs.

In her spare time, she enjoys hiking, biking and other sun frolicking activities with her two dogs.

Jim McMillen As Pinnacol’s director of safety services, Jim oversees a team of 26 health and safety professionals whose main goal is to help Pinnacol’s policyholders create a safety culture within their workplaces. Before becoming a member of the Pinnacol team, Jim worked for the Wausau Insurance Co. and Coors Brewing Company. McMillen holds a Certified Industrial Hygienist (CIH) designation, received his BS in chemical engineering from Georgia Tech, and his MPH from Emory University.

She graduated with a degree in exercise and sport science from Colorado State University with a concentration in health promotion. She also holds an ACE personal trainer certification, as well as, a WellCoaches Health & Wellness Coaching certification.

She graduated with a degree in exercise and sport science from Colorado State University with a concentration in health promotion. She also holds an ACE personal trainer certification, as well as, a WellCoaches Health & Wellness Coaching certification.
